How can I view and manage customer points balances?
Viewing and managing customer points is essential for customer service and program oversight.
Admin Dashboard View:
Accessing Customer Points:
- Go to AI Copilot → Customers or Users → All Users
- Click on any customer name
- Find the “WupSales Points” section
Information Displayed:
- Current Balance: Total available points
- Lifetime Points: All points ever earned
- Points Redeemed: Total points used
- Points Expired: Points lost to expiration
- Points Pending: Points from orders not yet completed
- Current Tier: Loyalty level (if tiers enabled)
Points History:
View complete transaction log:
- Date and time of each transaction
- Points added or subtracted
- Reason (purchase, review, manual adjustment)
- Order ID or reference
- Admin who made changes
Manual Point Adjustments:
Adding Points:
- In customer profile, find “Adjust Points” button
- Enter positive number (e.g., +500)
- Add reason note (e.g., “Compensation for shipping delay”)
- Click “Add Points”
Subtracting Points:
- Enter negative number (e.g., -200)
- Add reason note (e.g., “Correction for duplicate reward”)
- Click “Adjust Points”
Bulk Operations:
For managing multiple customers at once:
- Go to AI Copilot → Customers → Bulk Actions
- Filter customers (by tier, registration date, purchase history)
- Select bulk action:
- Add points to all selected
- Set points to specific amount
- Reset points to zero
- Export points data to CSV
Customer Self-Service View:
Customers can view their points at:
- My Account → Points & Rewards page
- Cart page (points available to use)
- Product pages (points they’ll earn)
